Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel for two nights. The location is excellent, right next to the old town, making it convenient to explore. The room was spacious but lacked adequate lighting in both the guest room and bathroom.
I stayed at the hotel during my trip and found it to be conveniently located, although the room I got was a bit dated and shabby. The service was excellent despite the facilities being a bit outdated. The location was extremely convenient for exploring the city, but the street signs were hard to read. The dining options were decent, but some dishes were of low quality.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were well-equipped but the noise from outside was a bit bothersome. The service was top-notch, however, and the location made it easy to explore the city.
The hotel offers a million-dollar view of the city, which I greatly enjoyed waking up to, although the rooms needed better lighting. The service was mixed, with some members being nice and helpful while others were not as friendly. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec, within walking distance to many attractions. Dining options varied from very good to disappointing, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel offers modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds, a mini-fridge, and coffee/tea facilities. However, noise from the nearby chlorination unit was a downside. The service provided was exceptional and the staff were attentive and accommodating. The location is great, close to the historic center of Quebec with unique amenities like a hot pool. The dining options were comprehensive but quality varied, with reasonable prices. Facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were always clean and spacious, offering incredible views of the Laurentian mountains and St Lawrence River. The location was GREAT, close to popular attractions like the Winter Carnival and Old Quebec, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. The service was top-notch, especially from the friendly valet. However, there were some hiccups with the room not being ready on time and a few odd excuses. The dining experience was good overall, but not exactly as advertised in terms of variety and value for money.
